Missed Period - Cause?

I have not had a period since May, I\'m going on 2 months late. Negative pregnacy tests, both home tests and blood tests. Have had urine test to rule out infection. I misscarried in Dec, 2003 and have had heavy periods since. Not much cramping either. I did get thrown from my horse on May 29. But was not hurt. Had a back adjustment and thats all. I do have a doc apt soon. My doc\'s nurse hinted that the fall from my horse could cause me to miss my period, but for 2 months? What are the other causes? We have ruled out pregnancy. Any help would be appreciated. Sincerely
