Also my skin in the vagina is abnormal as an op could be performed to widen the vagina as it is very tight but because of the skin problem within the vagina it is a problem I had a hysterectomoy 13 years ago and have been taken Premarin ever since, I am sure something is lacking in my body, maybe estrogen - so far nobody can help me. Any ideas? I would be most grateful, thanks Margarethe
