Mona, I am so sorry for your loss. I can\'t even imagine your pain. PTC is a very lonesome disease. At time I just want to give up, but I can\'t. I have 3 wonderful boys 16, 15, & 13. They keep me going. I have had many LP\'s done, as well as Optic Nerve Phenstration of which I came out blind in my right eye. ( this was not suppose to happen) I now have opted to have a shunt put in, they tell me if I don\'t I will be blind in my left eye as well in 2-4 months. They say the biggest cause of PTC is obesity, which I am not I am 5\'3 and weigh 133 pounds. I am scared, and don\'t trust anyone. I am going to Barrows Neurological in Phx this month. I will pray for Gods to ease your pain......
