Posted by Loretta on 04/27/02 at 07:00 PMHello, I was diagnosed about 7 months ago. I have not had a spinal tap done yet. Have had many eye exams and Goldman Visual Field Tests done. My eye sight has worsened over time. I am severley over weight and it seems like doctors are afraid to do a spinal tap on me. Iam also afraid of the pain being over weight and having one. They said they would do it under xray to make sure they hit the right spot. Sounds comforting. I am searching for a new nerologist right now. Please email me back with any insight and hopeful words.
