Posted by joann on 05/31/03 at 02:28 AMI do not know why or how but I was prescribed topomax for severe headaches took it for about a week and woke up 2 nights in a row & felt like my left eye was spinning. It was way too bizarre & scaird me to death. My Dr. was out of town & I never went back. I stopped taking it immediately and the symptoms never came back (?) Just be careful.Wanted to share in case you experience it they won\'t make you feel nuts. On the other hand I have suffered with severe headaches for over a year now. I have seen 11 Dr.s & got worse (added symptoms) with each treatment. I am beside myself. I am a single mom with 4 kids and at the end of my rope--God Bless
