Posted by meg on 03/25/04 at 11:19 AMwow. i never knew that pseudo-tumor cerebri was this common. i was on medication called minocin (for acne) and i started to get pressure head aches and saw double and when i woke up i would be blind for a few minutes. i went to the eye doctor and i was told to go to the hospital immediatly. the reason im surprised so many people are discussing having this is because it took doctors a week to figure out what was wrong with me spinal taps, ultrasounds, countless eye exams. they put me on diamox for a year and now im fine. it was an allergic reaction from minocin. im curious to know how other people have come across pseudo-tumor cerebri. thanks
