Posted by sarah on 07/18/02 at 03:21 AMi did a eyelash perm last year and it was too strong i think cos the lashes looked artificially curly and then i started noticing that my lashes have become much thinner and there are even gaps where no lash grows. Is there any product that i can use that can help restore the my lashes
