Posted by Katie on 07/25/02 at 11:33 AMI too get dizziness during PMS. I didn\'t correlate it to PMS until recently. I noticed it typical hits me one week before I start my period. I assume it has something to do with a hormone shift.I am unable to work out and I am very light headed.
