I’m 34 and have 2 kids 15 and 13 and at the moment I’m taking a B100 vitamin, evening primrose oil and agnus castus all for pmt. Every month I’m getting flu like symptoms and I’m having a lot of time off work, as soon as i get my period it disappears the blocked nose, aches and pains etc. I’ve told my GP but they seem to look at me as if I’m cracking up! Please help someone as it’s ruining mu f###ing life
