Me too! I am so glad other people share this. I am going through it right now and it doesn’t help that I have been up for 2 nights with insomnia as well. I am so tired but am also so anxious around this time. Last night I was up with hot flashes, I was sweating yet was cold. It seems to be getting worse. One thing I have noticed and I don’t know if I am just looking for answers too much- is that whenever it is really bad it is a full moon. Souds silly but has stood the test of time somehow with me. I find if I keep up with exercise it helps to a certain point but this time is just so bad. I become a hypochonriac too thinking there is something really wrong.
