Yep. I definitely endorse the Iron supplementation. I’ve suffered these symptoms for years. Iron and B6 has helped no end. And, if the symptoms go hand-in-hand with sore PMS breasts I’ve also found that I cannot take folic acid. It definitely makes the breast issue worse for me. Strange but true!
