i get flu-like symptoms, and migranes, up to two weeks before my period starts… it only started after i got married (i.e when i became sexually active)… before that, i had no real pms to complain about…

someone commented about anemia… i am anemic, but low b12, not low iron, and i take injections for it. my dr recommended taking a strong vitamin b complex to counter my pms symptoms, but my body rejected them repeatedly… i can’t keep them down. until now, my only help has been advil… but i am continuously popping pills in the week or two prior to even starting my period, and they certainly don’t solve all of my symptoms. usually they’ll help the migranes and fevers, and sometimes the aches and pains i get in my neck, but i’ll still often feel queesy, sometimes even stuffy, and like there’s a fog over my brain… it’s really horrible and totally interferes with my life… any advice will be well appreciated.
