I have been experiencing this same problem for the past few years. My body seems to shut down a few days before my period. I take echinacea to help boost my immune system and this helps. Also, I just purchased a PMS hormonal support from Prairie Naturals and will let you know if this helps. Glad to know I’m not alone.
