I was diagnosed with PTC one year ago. I went to my nerologist today he said we have to increase my meds. I’m now on 1500 mgs. of diamox and 50 mgs. of topimax.I have severe head pain and ringing in my ears. I also have swoohing in my earsand my back of my neck hurts. Hopefully this increase in meds will help. Good luck to all.
