I’ve had a ganglian cyst on the top of my foot as well for a couple of years. I went on a specific fast that involves eating only fruits, then watermelon, then vegetables and fruits. After 7 days – and this was not the purpose of the fast – the cyst is gone! I wasn’t expecting that at all – I just went on the fast for cleansing reasons.

I don’t know if this is applicable to someone that age, but I hope this helps.
