Whatever you decide to do in your quest to heal the skin of the eczema, remember to stay away from the use of steroids, which eat away at the skin’s epidermis. Remember to treat the whole, not just the symptom. Treat the internal, external, and foreign. Build up your immune system, moisturize the skin, and identify the allergens. Understand that the skin is dehydrated and needs replenishing; thus the need to treat the internal as well as the external, because one plays off of the other. Therefore, by treating the deficiency that caused the excema, you actually heal the skin of the disease. So understand that when your resistance is low, the skin is dehydrated, the moisture barrier (skin protector) is depleted, and now things that don’t bother others, give you an allergic reaction. DRINK WATER!!! EAT MORE VEGETABLES. MOISTURIZE WHILE THE SKIN IS STILL DAMP, IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR SHOWER TO RETAIN THE MOISTURE IN THE SKIN.
