HELP!ECZEMA! have tried burts bees!!!

I looked on this site, about 4/5 months ago and thought i would try the Burts Bees buttermilk lotion. For a while it worked and the ezcema had faded. My eczema, let me describe is almost scaly and of a slightly different pigment. It is all round my neck and creeping on to my chin and face and tops of my arms. Its awful, the Burts bees did the trick for a while but now it seems to be spreading again. I dont understand it, and just dont know what to do to treat it.

The patches do get hot and itchy, of which I try not to scratch but i am sure youall know how hard THAT is! BUT, the main thing to me is.. the difference in pigment, its like i have this blotchy, smooth-textured print on me.

ANYONE, EVERYONE, SOMEONE, its driving me insane and am so fed up with it. Please, can anyone help with products, where to buy etc??? anything!
