MUST lose weight fast!! – Naturopathic Medicine Network

I have a herniated disc in lower back, and am in unbelievable pain, have had this pain for about 9mos. and can’t stand for more that 5 mnts, and can’t walk on cement floors in any mall or grocery,I move as nuch as possible, take care of grandkids 10 1/2 hrs a day, so don’t just sit, no way, have cut portions back, try to eat what I think is good, but everything is so full of carbs. Any suggestions for this old lady, at least, since my back went out, I wish, lol
