For all of you who want high protein foods. Realize that most Americans consume twice the required amount of protein daily, and that protein deficiency is virtually unknown in our culture.
Protein is the name for the essential amino acids. A complete protein contains all of the amino acids.
Eggs are considered the most complete, and other protein sources are measured against them.
Meat, dairy, soy, nuts.
Most foods contain some amino acids, so it is possible to combine them to form a complete protein
Rice and beans
It is not necessary to combine them all at one meal, as the body will store them for a period of time.
I hope this is helpful.
