Sounds like something I have also been ailing with for several years. I am lactose intolerant and have immfamatory bowel and have had several bacterial overgrowth tests (breath into a tube) and have losts of bacteria. I take levequin two weeks a month and then get tested. the bowel problems seem to be getting better. Stay away from nuts, seeds and gassey veggies. No alcohol too.
