This is what i do. For me this works.

In a casarole pan i put a can of cream of “what ever you want”” refill can with water once and dump it in there. Bag of brown rice. Chicken strips, brocoili, califlower, carrots, asparagus, spinach (whole leaf uncooked) Lay chicker over rice that is mixed in with your soup. cut up veggies spread over chicken. cover with foil. bake at 375 for about 45 mins. not sure on time. the next day stay around a tiolet.
