Your statement that the worst that any ND can do is waste the patient’s money and the worst that the MD can do is kill the patient is misleading. MDs deal with life and death situations and rely on highly invasive interventions while NDs deal in herbs on people that are for the most part healthy individuals. Your statement that correctly prescribed drugs are the fifth leading cause of death proves my point entirely: MDs deal with sick, sick folks, some of whom will die regardless of our interventions. Does that mean MD medicine is ineffective? No… it just proves MD medicine is not omnipotent. ND medicine is, as ND weary suggested earlier, a grab bag of tricks, smoke and mirrors.
