My mom had had intolerable pains in her abdomen for about a year. When she finally went to the doctor’s, she found out that she had galstones and if she had waited any longer she probably would have died. Her gallstones were blocking her common bile duct and her gallbladder and her pancreas were inflamed.She had surgery and is doing fine now,about a year later.
