Have you people ever heard of overhead costs??? Insurance, instruments, rent, salaries, association fees, CME fees, supplement inventory, utilities. Doctors’ clinics, offices, and hospitals are the most expensive buildings to construct and maintain. Their practices cost them a fortune in overhead costs.
