I’m not a doctor but I have had numbness on one side of my body too.

I have had doctors look at me and they can’t find anything.

I know what it is but, I’m amazed that doctors will no say it dirctly.

It’s because you have a misaligned vertebrae in your kneck. It’s usually C1.

You have to sleep on the floor and or lay on the floor and go to the chiropractor. Good posture and better sleeping habits.

I finally started sleeping on the floor and laying the floor during lunch and I feel a lot better.

If you are watching TV in bed or have a large pillow that is also the problem.

It’s amazing that so many people have the same problem.

I do have to grant it to one doctor they did assign me to therepy to start loosening up.

The problem seems to be more pervasive now with the use of computers. People are on them for hours and it does cause muscle spasms. You have to get up and excersice and laying on the floor really helps. Having a good matteress also helps.

But I willing to bet if the doctors have checked you out and they say you are ok, It’s C1 misaligned and its causeing everything else to be miss aligned.
