I hate to bring this subject up again, but the teachers, according to the Bastyr website, do not all have doctorates in or closely related to their field. One has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Coast Guard and teaches bot. med, counselling and anatomy; another has a BS in Med. Tech, 1974 and teaches microbio, infectious diseases, gynecology, clin. lab Dx and phys\clin. Dx. With rare exception, what is shown on Bastyr’s web site, the faculty is made up of NDs with little premedical training.
