I have been on effexor 300mgs for over 2 yrs and have stopped cold turkey.It is harder than I ever thought.I have these shock like symtoms and seems like every noise I hear is so loud and makes me jump.I feel so tired and also very nervous.It is so hard been having terrible nightmares. could never hear good but now every noise someone makes make s me want to just hit them and tel them to shut up.I have been walking when I do it seems to help for a while,but I cant just keep walking and walking.I take walks any time of the night to ease the withdrawal symtoms.How long will this last before I go nuts here.
