I took myself off effexor last week after first gradually tapering to 37.5 once a day for about a week. the first few days were not easy, but it’s been just over a week now and i feel “almost”” back to normal. the only thing i’m dealing with right now is some mild transient vertigo. no big deal. keep the faith,you can do it.
