hello, hope you are feeling ok. I am also trying to stop taking effexor but it only my third day of going from 75mg a day to 37.5. All these stories scare me to death. The more I read the more I am worried. I think I will get some of the omega fish oil that some people suggested also exercise has been mentioned frequently. I hope to make it through it. Let me know how you are doing.
