ten years ago I was pregnant with my third kid and got uticaria. It ran its course for 11 months and then just disappeared. It was very frustrating to just reach into the frig and that cold vaper would set me off for hours at a time. I started doing heavy exercising after Kimmie was born and that seemed to help because my own sweat would somehow flush this thing out of my body. It sounds weird but it worked for me. Good luck
