this is what worked for me to alleviate the dizzines and nausia, I started with simple over the counter dramanine. Then got the patch, it helped out alot for me. Once the dizzines was under control I didn’t feel nausious anymore and it did help with the “zaps”” too. Strange what dramanine can do. For the hot flashes that I had I got O.T.C. stuff for menopause that “”helps”” with hot flashes. It worked for me, and i feel somewhat “”better”” than i did a month ago.
