Heart Palpitation – Naturopathic Medicine Network

I am 44 yrs old 69 Kg male. I’ve tilting feeling of heart followed by sinking of heart. My ECG has some changes, which I dont know much about it but my ETT is negative. I am worried about, kindly advise me on the subject.
