I recently had some ovarian cysts removed (which brought along an infection but am ok now). We have been trying for a baby for 3 years and have been told that now the cysts have gone there shuoldn’t be any problem with conceiving. My periods are regular now forthe first time in 17 years but no pregnancy. How long would it normally take after having polycystic ovaries to conceive? Would there have been some post-op damage which could mean conception could take longer?
