There are some good books on trigger point thrapy,self care if you can’t afford a good massage therapist that does deep tissue work. Or cranio-sacral therapy works great on head and neck. Also, ask a dentist to check out your jaw for clenching or grinding, get a book on t.m.j.syndrom. Do not hold your teeth together, butt slightly appart with your tongue resting on the ridge behind your teeth on the roof of your mouth. B.C. powder works great in an emergency for fast relief butt will upset your stomach if used every day, and it has caffein in it ,so bad for sleep. aleve works for some people.
