was dx with AC in March after
4 months of shoulder pain and loss of ROM. have been in PT for 7 weeks. The pain is less although I never forget it’s there. I have regained about 40% ROM in some movements but very little in some of the more dificult movements. I’m frustrated, wondering when thawing will take place and when it does, does the movement return.
