Some years ago left shoulder was affected, having recovered from that, I now have capsulitis in my right shoulder. Pain is unbearable at most times, but have run the whole treadmill a few years ago, and nothing helped except a chiropractor, but this was a very long and painful recuperation. This time I have tried physio, which made it worse, then specialist for cortisone, which didn’t help either. Going again next week, but won’t have surgery – tried manipulation last time, and it didn’t work! Wish there was some marvellous cure out there somewhere! The spasms are bad enough, continual aching and loss of sleep etc but pain when you have sudden movement of the arm/shoulder is excruciating!
