i am on my third day of coming off effexor from 150mg doen to 75mg…..i feel kind of dizzy,if im walking down the road eveerything feels like it is swaying,its awful,i am also on dexamphetamine and have noticed ive started to almost get high on a dose which made me relax.i feel sick,,,will this get worse,can any1 give me advice on how bad it will be………..steve..worried?
