I just want to start out that 3 1/2 years ago i was diagonisoe with ms. Now i find out that i have very high cholesterol. My doctor put me on lipitor and a baby asprin. This is my results SODIUM 145.5 HI–CHLORIDE 107.5 HI–CHOLESTEROL 266. HI–TRIGL VCERIDES 204.0 HI–LDL 176. HI–VLDL 41. HI. I have three wonderful kids and two wonderful grandsons and a loving husband. I need to find a diet that will help me lower my cholesterol and lose some weight. I need to get healthy and i dont know where to start. Please help me, thank you.
