I don’t sweat – Naturopathic Medicine Network

I don’t sweat with a minor exception of under the arms a bit. Whenever I should sweat, during a workout, get realy hot ect. I break out into what looks like a huge rash. My skin bumps up all over my entire body and it itches very bad. After anywhere from 5-30 minutes I cool down and it goes away. Please let me know if you have and info on this.
