Lump on side/back of neck

Hey, I’m having the same sort of problem, a painless, semi-movable lump that has no accompanying symptoms and is located about in the middle-right side of my neck, but closer to the back than the front. It’s not really a gland or anything, but I’m a hypochondriac so I’m freaking out a bit.
