Hi. I just noticed the other day i have a lump on the left side of my neck about 1-2 inches from my spine, i remember feeling it one morning it felt like a pinch and was little but now the lump is about the size of a nickel, it is hard, and it only hurts when i apply pressure to it, i was just wondering if someone else had a diagnosis for it or if i need to go to the doctor. MY biggest fear of this is that since i am fair-skinned, that it might be skin cancer in my case, but hopefully someone can provide me with some better explaination before i go to the doctor.
