for whatever its worth, Flaxseed oil triggers heart palpitations and skipping beats in me big time. So i avoid it. i mention it because there are other things besides stimulants(coffee/tea for example) that you can eat that make it worse.

In my experience Valerium Root tea seemed to really help lower palpitations/anxiety/ skipping beats. I suggest you read up on it.

Also….it might sound strange to you but sometimes when people are constipated/ impacted colon it can cause all kinds of health problems.

I have to also add one more thing, I have asthma and I noticed when my chest was a bit tight i would have skipping heartbeats more till I took my medicine and my breathing cleared up.

Turns out theres some biological mechanism that slows down the heart when you hold your breath(any diver can confirm this) and in “my humble opinion”” having asthma can trgger this slowing of heartbeat. I think its possible the signals that keep the heartbeat regular and the “”slow down”” mechanism from tight breathing might somehow cause my heart to skip beats/speed up down once in a while.
