Hi, I’m hoping maybe you can help me with this skin problem my 7 year old son has been having since he was a baby. He gets these round circles of red, dry skin that itch him terrible, he says they don’t burn, just itch. I’ve been putting Cortisone cream on them, and it kind of seems to help, but once one patch has gone away, another one will appear somewhere else. He gets them on the back of his arms, above & below his elbows, and on his legs, mainly the back or on the side of them. Does this sound like some form of excema? If so, should I be doing something else besides the cream? I took him to the doctor for it, and she said it was caused by the changing in the weather, like hot to cold, cold to hot, and that maybe his bathing should be cut a little shorter because of the water drying his skin out. If you have any suggestions please email me back, I would greatly appreciate it! This has been driving me insane for too long, I think it bothers me more than my son!! LOL

Thank You,

Karly
