Re: oral steroids and weight gain – Naturopathic Medicine Network

My sister was put on steroids about 3 months ago for chronic pancreatis and gained 30 pounds in a couple of weeks. She has since stopped taking them but still holds the weight, I am desperate to help her get rid of the weight so she will feel atleast a little better. Any sugeestions?
