I found a low fat diet and using anti-oxidants useful. Dr Sandra Cabot has written the liver cleansing diet book, which people have found extremely helpful, including a dr who writes in the latest magazine she puts out. I also know someone who makes colloidal silver and gold, and also produces a generator that one can make their own. Many people claim that this is wonderful too. Hope this helps, cheers, marg.
