Just started Topamax 100 mg at night with geodon, wellbutrin regimen. My problem is GAD with unpredictable cycles. This regimine helps me relax at night with geodon & topamax and keeps me steady and alert during the day wellbutrin. Interested in the weight loss aspect too for health reasons as any sensable person would be - if its a side effect and the right med for you logically you may consider sticking with th e program.
