Hi i am suffering i think from Trigonitis i havehad a painful bladder for about 2 years now ,headaches,smelly urine,sore lower belly,

feel just generally unwell most of the time i am 38 years old ,this time last year i had a hyster (total) i was hoping to feel better than i do at the moment i am going into hospital on the 20th april to have it cauterized can you give me any insight as to whether i might benifit from this.
