I have A LOT of numbness/tingling in face, neck, legs, hands, feet. Xanax is a huge relief, but doctors are hesitant to prescribe it on long-term basis. I have been told by physical therapists and neurologist that my neck and upper back muscles are extremely tight. I am purchasing a Tempur-Pedic mattress and pillow this weekend. Back and neck problems often cause compression of nerves and poor circulation. My problems started six years ago- the length of time I have been sleeping on a crappy hand-me-down mattress. Just found out about the benefits of Tempur-Pedic bedding. Unfortunately thier mattresses come with an expensive price tag, but worth the investement (so I hear). I am praying it will help my problem and pray you will find a solution. Good Luck.
