I once researched this condition to try to help a friend who was suffering with it. From what I read, most cases are caused from exposure to some sort of metal like nickel. Is he exposed to any metals thru direct contact; ie..chain link fence, chains on school swings, monkey bars, etc? Or does someone he comes in contact with work with metals? There is a wonderful line of natural products thru Shaklee.net, that help many health issues. Go to their website and read the literature, you might find a lot of help there. I have chemical sensitivities, and I use their organic cleaners and personal care products. It has helped tremendously. I know how horrible this condition can be, and my heart goes out to your and your son as he struggles with this problem. God Bless.
