i had it all over my body too including all the ones u have. i know how you feeling its very irateting all the time.at the moment its all cuming back as i had it wen i was 0 to 16 but now at 18 its cuming back. i mean litrely it is so hard to type with my split,craked fingersit is jus killing me. well cows milk isnt sposed to be good for excema suferers, but sea food is. to replace cows milk goats milk is recomended.
